Two chocolate kisses, cellophane, and floral wire turn into a rose bouquet you can actually eat.

For the glue: whisk 4 tsp meringue powder with 1/4 cup water until dissolved, then beat in 3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar until thick and smooth.

Spread the glue on the bottom of one foil-wrapped kiss and press it firmly base-to-base against another.

Insert florist wire into one pointed end of the double kiss.

Wrap a 4-inch square of cellophane around the kisses, twisting it tightly, then wind florist tape from the base of the rose down the full length of the wire stem.

Tuck in a leaf or two, securing with tape, and tie several roses together with a bow.
