Two layers of jewel-toned gelatin — lemon-pineapple-cream cheese beneath a raspberry cap — cut into squares.
Method

Dissolve the lemon gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Melt the marshmallows in 1 cup hot water. Mix and let cool.

Mix the pineapple, cream cheese, salad dressing and whipped cream; add to the gelatin mixture and chill until set.

Mix the raspberry gelatin with 2 cups hot water and chill until slightly thickened, then pour over the pineapple layer.

Chill until firm, then cut into squares.
